Purpose of the site
mavielocale.ch is a calendar of public events in the canton of Vaud. Event information (title, dates, venue, organiser, category, price) comes from the websites of municipalities, associations, cultural venues and organisers, who remain its authors and remain responsible for it. Every event names its source and links to the original page. The short summaries are written by mavielocale.ch; their English and German translations are automatic and may contain inaccuracies: the source text prevails.
Accuracy of information
Events may be changed, moved or cancelled by their organisers without mavielocale.ch being informed. Check the details with the organiser before travelling. mavielocale.ch is not liable for damage resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information.
Copyright
The structure of the site, its own texts (introductions, summaries, interface texts) and its consolidated event database are the work of mavielocale.ch. Facts (dates, venues, prices) belong to no one and may be freely reused; we would be grateful if you credit mavielocale.ch and the organiser. The category images are photographs released by their authors under the CC0 licence; the list is available on request. The names and logos of organisers belong to their owners.
Advertising
The site is funded by banners from local advertisers, identified as such. mavielocale.ch does not sell tickets and plays no part in transactions between visitors and organisers.
